Installation
Add Anthivo to your project from npm, VS Code, GitHub or an MCP client.
Anthivo ships as one npm package with three front ends: the VS Code extension, a GitHub Action and an MCP server. Install the one that matches where you work; they all read the same anthivo.config.ts.
Requirements
- Node.js 20 or later.
- A running build of your app that AMI can reach, locally or on a preview URL.
- An API key for at least one LLM provider. See Bring Your Own Key.
Install
Pick a front end. You can add the others later without changing your config.
npm install anthivoInstalling with npm also gives you the anthivo CLI, which the other front ends call under the hood.
Verify the install
Print the version to confirm the CLI is on your path. The command exits with an error if Node.js is too old.
npx anthivo --version
